BOTOX®
BOTOX® is a naturally occurring neurotoxin protein that is produced by the bacterium, Clostridium botulinum. When injected into the skin, it blocks nerve activities and helps prevent muscles from contracting and thus prevent forming wrinkles. BOTOX® was first approved by the FDA in 1989. Since then, it has helped millions of patients achieve their aesthetic goals and feel more confident with their natural beauty. In addition to wrinkles, BOTOX® is used therapeutically to treat a variety of medical conditions such as migraine headaches, teeth clenching, excessive sweating and more!
